Essential: one page with up to six sections. For businesses that need a professional presence, contact details and a short explanation of their work.

Business: up to five pages in Spanish. Room for services, coverage area, process and a quote request.

Bilingual website
International: the same structure in Spanish and English, with a reviewed translation of the agreed content. This is not unreviewed machine output.
Ecommerce, new functionality, business email and booking engines are quoted separately. We keep your domain and can link the booking tool you already use.
SCOPE
What the work includes.
Design and content
Page structure, mobile-friendly design, individual titles and writing or editing of the copy agreed in your quote.
Launch
Publication, HTTPS, your domain registered in your name and technical foundations so search engines can read the site.
First year of service
Hosting with up to 10 GB monthly transfer, one standard domain up to €20/year and a limited allowance for content updates.
Handover
Once the project is paid in full you receive the source code. If you later decide not to renew, you can take the files; moving them to another host is quoted separately.

AFTER LAUNCH
Maintenance and ownership, without small print.
The domain is registered in your name. Project-specific code is delivered when the project is paid in full. Update allowances cover existing text and images; they do not include new sections and do not roll over. First-year hosting and support are part of the plan; renewal is optional and billed separately. This website does not start automatic payments.
SPANISH AND ENGLISH
One website in two languages, with a shared structure.
If your audience mixes local customers with visitors or companies abroad, the International plan organises Spanish and English pages as linked equivalents. We provide a reviewed translation of up to 2,000 source words. We do not promise first place on Google: we prepare titles, heading structure and language versions that a search engine can understand.

We work remotely with businesses across Cantabria. You do not need to travel to develop the project. We also work with companies elsewhere that need a website in Spanish, English or both.
