What happens when you fill in the form

Fields are used in your browser to prepare an email draft. This website does not submit or store enquiries on a server. You choose whether to send the draft through your email provider. Drafts are not saved to local storage and your address is not added to a marketing list.

Purpose and basis

If you send the email, we use the information to respond and take steps towards a potential contract at your request. Business correspondence may be processed in our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We do not use this information for advertising without an appropriate basis.

Providers and retention

Hosting and email providers may process technical data or correspondence to operate the service. Technical logs can include IP addresses and request data. Enquiries are kept as needed to handle them and any resulting relationship, subject to applicable obligations. Received email is managed with Telewander ApS’s contracted providers.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable by emailing us. You can complain to the competent data protection authority, such as Denmark’s Datatilsynet or Spain’s AEPD.

Cookies and external services

This version includes no analytics, advertising, embedded videos or first-party cookies. External links and your email application have their own terms. If tracking services are added, this notice and consent handling must be updated before activation.
