Every plan includes mobile design, initial technical SEO, HTTPS, hosting with up to 10 GB monthly transfer and one standard domain up to €20/year. Source code delivered once the project is paid in full.
Business prices exclude taxes. Your quote will state applicable taxes. First-year monthly payments require a 12-month commitment.
Ecommerce, new functionality, business email, ongoing SEO campaigns and booking platforms are quoted separately. Unused update time does not roll over.
What you are buying
A project with a defined scope and one year of hosting and support. This is not unlimited development. Your accepted quote confirms the final price, dates and terms.
Payment and renewal
The annual option is payable when you accept the quote; delivery starts after payment and receipt of all materials. The monthly option charges setup on acceptance and 12 instalments from launch. It is a first-year payment commitment, not a cancel-anytime monthly contract. Afterwards, renew at the stated rate or take your code elsewhere. This website does not activate automatic payments or renewals.
Hosting and usage
Includes a static website, HTTPS, up to 10 GB monthly transfer, up to 1 GB of published files and one standard domain up to €20/year. Premium domains are excluded. If usage grows, we propose a change before adding cost. Business email is a separate service.
Content and updates
Essential starts from your approved text and photographs. Business includes editing up to 2,000 words; International adds a reviewed English translation of that content. Update allowances cover existing text and images, do not include new sections or features and do not roll over. The client confirms professional claims and rights to supplied materials.
Support and delivery
Email support on working days. Target initial response: two working days; this is not an emergency service or a 24/7 availability guarantee. Quarterly technical checks and version recovery from the repository. The quote sets delivery dates, deliverables and acceptance.
Ownership and leaving
The client is the domain registrant. Project-specific code is delivered on full payment. Third-party dependencies and assets retain their licences. You can request your files and stop renewing the service; configuration of a new host is not included.

When will my website be ready?
Target delivery is 5–7 working days for Essential, 10–15 for Business and 15–20 for International. The clock starts after the initial payment, receipt of all materials and scope approval. Availability is confirmed in your quote.
Will I own my website and domain?
Your domain is registered in your name. Once the project is fully paid, you receive the source code and can move it elsewhere. Third-party licences retain their terms. Hosting and support renew separately after year one.
Will I rank first on Google?
No one can guarantee that. We include the agreed initial content and technical foundations to help search engines understand your site. Rankings also depend on competition, reviews, authority and ongoing work.
What if I need changes?
Each plan includes a defined allowance for small edits to existing text and images. It does not roll over. New pages, redesigns and additional functionality are quoted before work begins.
Can I keep my domain and booking system?
Yes. We review access and preserve existing email records when connecting the website. We can link to your booking provider; platform fees and advanced integrations are excluded.
What happens if I do not renew?
After the project is paid, you can move the files to another provider. Renewal is optional: contact us before expiry to arrange handover. Technical migration is quoted separately.
